There are 8 buddy sites.  We are located 16 miles north of Carlsbad and 16 miles south of Artesia on HWY 285. We have 104 sites on 22 acres of some of the most beautiful land in NEW MEXICO.

Our building is over 6,000 sq. ft. with a 2,000sq. ft. meeting room. There is plenty of room for pot lucks, cards, dominos, puzzles and more. You'll love our large super clean , all tile bathrooms available 24 hours a day. A laundry, exercise room and a tanning booth are also available.
